GENERAL SHIPPING

  • Please allow up to 7 days to process and ship your order. Items in stock will ship immediately. Please email em@mprintjewelry.com for overnight delivery.  

RETURNS & REPAIRS

  • MPRINT will accept items purchased from www.mprintjewely.com. We are unable to accept any returns from items bought in a retail store. Mprint will accept returns postmarked within 7 days of receiving shipment for credit or return, less shipping costs. Any pieces returned must be in a new condition with tags and packaging. Please email em@mprintjewelry.com if returning.
  • Sale items are non-returnable. 
  • For all repair inquiries, please email em@mprintjewelry.com. We will make reasonable repairs on items for up to 6 months after date of purchase free of charge. After 6 months the piece is subject to a repair fee. However, we can not guarantee we can repair every piece made in the collection due to stock availability. 
  • MPRINT reserves the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns or exchanges.

  • Please send all packages with care, a well-padded bubble wrap envelope or box works best. MPRINT cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping. All costs related to return shipping are paid by the customer.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
